On Friday (1st May), we take over the clubhouse from the Football Club. As always, we would be most grateful to anyone who could give up some time on the day to help us get the clubhouse and ground ready for cricket. Members of the committee will be there from 9am and anticipate being there for most of the day.

On Saturday (2nd May), the Men's league season gets started. The 1s start with a mouth-watering clash at Forest rivals Bashley (11am). The 2s play the first game at LSG of the year against Mudeford, and the 4s travel to Canford School to play Bournemouth (both 1pm). The 3s game has sadly been cancelled following Brockenhurst 2nd XI’s withdrawal from the league.

It would be great to have lots of people at the clubhouse to watch the 2s game and afterwards to welcome in the new season. There will be a chilli, a well-stocked bar, and all the usual fun and games that Saturday evenings bring.
